Underwear? Not very likely, not within 30 years, at least. We'd be more likely to transcend our bodies, before chipping our underwear. The body & health stuff is very likely. Running a webpage served by your phone, unlikely: because, "why?" Wouldn't you rather run the server on a grid, or out of your home, rather than the cell phone?
